Blenheim Funds

The Blenheim range of funds are managed by BAM and are used as building blocks for the core model portfolios. The exposure to each fund varies in each model, reflecting the particular risk profile of the model. Social Impact invests wholly in the Blenheim Ethical Opportunities fund while the Global Horizons portfolio retains its fund of fund thematic exposure.

UK Equity

The objective of the fund is to provide capital growth over the medium to long term. The fund will be actively managed and will invest in companies domiciled, incorporated or carrying out a significant part of their business in the UK.

Overseas Equity

The objective of the sub-fund is to provide capital growth over the medium to long term. The fund will be actively managed to invest in a global portfolio of shares domiciled, incorporated or carrying out a significant part of their business outside of the UK.

Fixed Income

The objective of the fund is to provide income. The fund will be actively managed to provide a diversified portfolio of Sterling denominated (or hedged back to Sterling) bonds. The type of bonds held may include government, investment grade, sub-investment grade and asset backed bonds.

DIVERSIFIED PROPERTY

Diversified Property

The objective of the fund is to provide income and capital growth over the medium to long term, from investing in a diversified range of property assets including bricks and mortar property funds, REIT funds and listed property securities.
The maximum exposure to collective investment schemes that invest directly in property will be 50%. Direct investment includes funds that invest more than 70% of their assets directly in immovable properties.

Diversified Alternatives

The objective of the fund is to provide a positive total return over any 3 year period. The fund will be actively managed to provide a diversified portfolio of alternative assets, which behave differently to traditional forms of investment.

Ethical Opportunities

The objective of the fund is to provide capital growth over time through investments considered by the Investment Manager to be ethical investment choices, across multiple asset classes, as defined in the Ethical Investment Policy, which is published on the ACD’s website under prices and literature https://mgtsfunds.com/prices-literature.  A minimum of 70% of the portfolio will be invested in collective investment schemes and overall exposure to equities will be a minimum of 20% and a maximum of 60%.
